Terms of Service

ShareCro provides Instagram comment-to-DM automation tools for creators and businesses, including automated direct messages, lead collection, and analytics.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to connect the Instagram account you use with the Service.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with Instagram's and Meta's terms and policies, and all applicable laws. You will not use the Service to send spam, harassing, deceptive, or unlawful messages. You are solely responsible for the content of the automated messages you configure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our payment provider, Razorpay. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at https://sharecro.in/refund.

The Service depends on Meta/Instagram APIs. We are not responsible for changes, limitations, or outages caused by Meta or other third parties. Access to certain features may change if Meta modifies its platform policies.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's policies. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShareCro is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from third-party platform changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
